Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip

Recipe by Danielle

Made with only 4 ingredients, this Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip is the most delicious way to dunk your apples, strawberries, pretzels and graham crackers! Make-ahead friendly for snack or dessert during the week!

  • Total Time5 minutes
  • Yield4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used 2%)
  • 1/4 cup natural creamy salted peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • for dipping: sliced apples, bananas, strawberries, pretzels, graham crackers, cinnamon pita chips, carrot sticks

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Use a whisk or rubber spatula to stir until completely mixed. You can also use a hand mixer if you want.
  2. Serve & store: Enjoy immediately or chill for 2-4 hours to thicken. Serve with sliced apples, bananas, strawberries, pretzels, graham crackers, cinnamon pita chips, or even celery and carrot sticks. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy within 5 days.
